1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using gulplazabazar.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. About the Platform

Gul Plaza Bazar is an online marketplace dedicated to the original shopkeepers of Gul Plaza, Karachi, whose physical shops were destroyed in the fire of January 17, 2026. We provide a platform for these shopkeepers to continue their businesses online.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. For Shopkeepers

• Only verified Gul Plaza shopkeepers are eligible to sell on this platform.
• Product listings must be accurate, honest, and not misleading.
• Shopkeepers are responsible for fulfilling orders they accept in a timely manner.
• Prohibited items: counterfeit goods, illegal items, or anything prohibited under Pakistani law.
• We reserve the right to remove any listing or suspend any shop that violates our policies.

5. For Buyers

• Place orders only when you genuinely intend to purchase.
• Provide accurate delivery address and contact information.
• Payment terms and return policies are set by individual shopkeepers.
• Gul Plaza Bazar acts as a marketplace and is not directly responsible for product quality, but we will help mediate disputes.

6. Orders & Payments

Orders are agreements between the buyer and the individual shopkeeper. Gul Plaza Bazar facilitates but is not a party to this transaction. Payment methods and delivery terms are coordinated between buyers and shopkeepers directly.

7. Intellectual Property

The Gul Plaza Bazar brand, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property. Shopkeepers retain rights to their own product images and descriptions. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our platform without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Gul Plaza Bazar is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including disputes between buyers and shopkeepers. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid to us, if any.

9. Subscription Pricing Policy

Gul Plaza Bazar offers shopkeeper subscription plans (Free, Basic, Pro, Pro+). The following policy applies to all plans:

• Introductory pricing: Discounted prices (e.g. Rs 99, Rs 149, Rs 299/month) are promotional rates valid for the first 3 months for new subscribers only. After this period, standard pricing applies (Rs 999, Rs 2,999, Rs 4,999/month respectively).
• Price changes: Subscription prices, plan limits (products, memories, orders), and included features may be changed at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any price or feature change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
• Plan limits: Each plan includes specific limits on products, shop memories, and daily/weekly orders. These limits may be adjusted by us at any time.
• Free plan: The Free plan is available indefinitely at no cost, but its features and limits are subject to change.
• No refunds: Subscription fees paid are non-refundable unless required by applicable Pakistani law.
• Billing: Subscriptions are currently managed manually. Payment via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer. Contact info@gulplazabazar.com to upgrade your plan.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
